We started as friends; on our first 'official date', we went to a Yankee game together. We left early, to get something to eat, and I got too nervous, couldn't swallow.
He took me outside, and said "In the old movies, people used to just go dancing" and then he grinned and held his hands out to me. He waltzed me around some empty parking spaces, singing 'my favorite things' until I calmed down, and then I started giggling. Looking back, I think I fell for him that night.

We were going out for a few weeks by this time. Everywhere we went, somebody we knew would just by bad luck be somewhere around and since us going out was a secret at the time (she would have lost her job if anyone knew about us) we had to hide. So we went for a road trip. We drove from Toronto to Montreal, had a cup of tea, took the dogs for a walk and drove back.

Since I only "go out" with my friends, mainly one... all we do is go out and see bands play (ska bands) then afterwards if I am not past my curfew we go around town wondering what to do... typically it ends five minutes after that.
