i was just wondering, if you don't change your underwear for say 2 days...would it smell? i'm just not willing to try it and see.... sorry if this is offensive!

Any long-term exposure to moisture and bacteria (which your underwear contains at the end of the day) will have the potential to create both odors and health issues.
It is recommended that you change your underwear EVERY day, wear only cotton underwear (synthetic fibers do not breathe as well), and steer clear of thongs, as they tend to find their way into bacteria laden places that can then commute those bacteria to other parts of the genitalia.

yeah it does! I did that a few days ago, I just got busy and forgot about changing panties, i would just wake up and go. I had the same pair on for 2 days, on the second day in the afternoon I went to take a piss and caught a terrible cloud of smothered coochie rising from between my legs! I can't believe I let myself get stanky like that! Well ofcourse I jumped in the shower, and now I make it 1st priority to change my undies.

If you get heavy discharge, it would start to smell so yeah you would start to smell. I don't think it is a health risk, although it isn't very hygienic. Hope this helps xXx

well as girls or in fact any human being we have fluids and stuff coming out everytime everyday..... im pretty sure that it will smell pretty bad and its bad for your health because you can get an infection due to the wetness

It would probably smell if u actually smelt it. Not just by walking by or w.e. But yea it probably wouldnt be the healthiest but who knows. im not willing to try.

Not sure if it would smell seeing as I have never done it, but it sounds really nasty! And seems like it would be unhealthy as well!!!

yes you would smell my moms best friend wears the same panties for a week before changing them she always gets utis and yeast infections. that is gross and nasty

it will most likely have a slight scent. its probably not a good idea to do that, its good to keep clean downstairs so that you dont cause an infection!
