Ok so today i got my lazy *** up and started working out. And im serious, i want to be fit, and look good also, question is: today I started this workout, its kinda intense but its a great workout and everytime i rest im getting cramps on my legs and back and chest. Im a 23 year old male by the way, dont know if that helps, and I started working out as of today barely so, any help will do. Also how do i get rid of these cramps or will my body just condition itself. let me know. if you haven't worked out in a while your cramps are telling you that your body hates you for what you are doing to it. lessen your workout load and gradually ramp up. have a gym assistant/trainer look at your form to make sure you are doing the exercises right. also muscles need time to repair themselves so you should alternate what muscle groups you work. the body for life program is pretty cool it has you doing cardio every other day and then alternating between upper body and lower body. but my trainer put me on doing full body weights every other day warming up with cardio first and then on off days just doing cardio
