Ok so today i got my lazy *** up and started working out. And im serious, i want to be fit, and look good also, question is: today I started this workout, its kinda intense but its a great workout and everytime i rest im getting cramps on my legs and back and chest. Im a 23 year old male by the way, dont know if that helps, and I started working out as of today barely so, any help will do. Also how do i get rid of these cramps or will my body just condition itself. let me know.
