I am fully in favor of both suspensions. Both players deserved what they got.
I applaud the NFL for their new "personal conduct policy". Such policies have been long overdue in pro sports in general, as the actions of many players have stained their league and their sport.
I would love to see MLB, the NBA and the NHL follow suit and adopt similar policies.

Im happy with Pacman Jones suspension, He deserved it. Arrested 5 times and still walks around thinking he is the hot talk and is the best? pshhh. This dude needs a reality check. I hope the suspension knocks some sense into his thick head.
Chris Henry Suspension is to little, he needs a full year suspension. He has been suspended many times before, and it is clear he hasnt learned his lesson yet. I mean who do these guys think they are? just because there rich and are pro's doesnt give them the right to break the law.

I like the suspensions. PacMan Jones should've been suspended for the year after getting arrested five times. Chris Henry got arrested three times and he shouldn't been suspended for a long time. I give Roger Goddell two thumbs up for the suspensions.

Pacamn has been in trouble for a long time and has had a lot of warning for his suspensions, but Henry only had 3 arrests (Pacman had 5) and his shouldn't have been that long. Goodell is just trying to make himself look big and important and that he needs to be feared.

Personally I would have suspended Pacman Jones indefinitely and Chris Henry for a season. These players are supposed to be role models. If they can't they shouldn't play.

How did it take them this long to finally suspend them?
Chris Henry deserved a whole lot more than he got...he should be out for the year and been done with it. I have much stronger feelings about this, but I'll keep it appropriate and leave it at that

This new aggressive enforcement is good, and should really build on the overall character of the league. No one's gonna want to give up hundreds of thousands (or millions) of dollars they'd make during the season (not to mention the incentives and promotional/advertising bonuses!) Jones and Henry better shape up quick, for their own benefit.

ITS ABOUT TIME !!!!
New man in office and he is laying down the law. The NFL much like most sports has become a breeding ground for thugs and wanna-be-badass punks. Not saying the past was any better, but with coverage in the news like it is, it is about time that players start understanding they are there for the fans to do their jobs, not there for the money and how much trouble they can get into.

They deserve it totally. I see Pacman all the time in Franklin,TN when he pulls up in front of the store I work at. He acts like he is untouchable, strutting around like the wannabe thug he is. Makes me sick...
