I hate this boy in my class......?

There is this boy in my class and she is always so rude to me sometime sand he thinks he is so smarter than me (which he is soo not) Today, at lunch my friend told me that she heard him say to this ugly boy in my class that the he and my sister would be perfect couple because you both are ugly. Everybody complinmets us how pretty we are. (not trying to brag) But he is so mean to me. And when he said that about my sister that made me mad. Is that rude?
