I did not like the limitations when I first started so I found a category I am good at and answered many computer and yahoo questions, that I knew I would get chosen for best answer. Now I am at level 5 or 6 and I can give smart assed answers all day and night.

No. I've noticed many new users leaving answers like "hi" or "you suck". These people are just out to get points and it limits how many times they can leave such answers. As you go up levels you will be able to answer more questions.

People who spam should just get IP banned.

No, think about it. Would you want reporters and Rico's to start out with unlimited answers. I sure wouldn't. Twenty a day to start is too many.

Yeah it is, how do they expect you to make the points they set so high, unless you can just kick rear each day and answer 5000 questions...

Yes, I think it is weird, too. When you reach higher levels, it's unlimited.
