In order to get a job, you have to WANT a job. Here's men for you: When you tell them your annoyed at somthing, by changing it they think that they're letting you "win." I think you should make HIM think a job is a good idea. Don't complain about your job, say it's "So great!" Make sure you don't give him any digs for unemplayment or he automaticly won't give himself any motivation. Look through the paper and exclaim when there's a job he would like. Positive energy on this front is best. Don't EVER complain that he isn't motivated, just excite him about working. Be his personal cheerleader, and make a job look a bit more glamorous!

Tell him to get a job or two part time jobs or get out. You can't do it all on your own. You need help and you are worn out!
Get a job or hit the road!
Should work!

Tell him, until he's bringin' home the bacon, you're 'out of business' if you get my drift.

That ought to light a fire under him.
