Frankenstein created to be human with an idea of being good, although it went wrong someplace. Godzilla was created by accident and was never intended to be good. It is a creature that is purely out to destroy and for self-preservation.

F at least tries to get along in society and is sometimes successful He is loyal and positive-motivated although he doesn't get what it takes to function well in life. G does not get along in society at all and society immediately recognizes that this creature is a threat to its very existence and therefore it must be destroyed. F is destroyed only because it can't cope within a legal and moral society, one that F just simply cannot grasp.

Both creatures are misunderstood by man because of how we tend to jump to conclusions based on appearance.
