Yes I made this up when I got married and had kids my mum always use to cook Sunday traditional lunch in the afternoon and I hated waiting for it as it is my favourite meal so now we have it at 10.30 in the morning lol am I obstinate or what?

We used to drive down to the airport and watch the planes take off and land... Then we would stop at Dairy Queen for a Dillie Bar......... Pistachio was the best flavor!

I dont but for years on Xmas Day my cousin & there family wernt allowed to open there xmas presents until that same evening.
Then they changed it & opened there presents on Boxing Day. My cousin has 2 kids now & Iam hoping she hasnt passed this stupid tradition on because there is no way todays kids will wait until Boxing day to open up there presents.

Ours was watching the Simpson's on a Sunday night and eat soup and sandwiches. I never thought of it a a tradition until one of my kids mentioned that it reminded them of when they were all little.

its a tradition that on Boxing day we all meet on the beach for a freezing cold icy swim...i try to get out of it every year and thats also a tradition.

We have the annual Christmas Fight. No kidding....one year I threw my sis-in-law out on Christmas morning. We have planned the fight now on a yearly basis as entertainment.
