what are some reasons why the book Princess Diaries 1 is such a good book?

It contains a lot of romance, and humor to tag along with it. And the way Meg Cabot writes it, it drags you in..into the story, so that you feel like you`re Mia.

It has a strong main character/protagonist, a clear conflict, it is half fiction and fantasy and the other half something that could indeed happen, it has good vs. evil and it is the stuff of which fantasy and dreams are made.
