There is actually an airport at Waterford but only serviced by low cost airline Aer Arrann - they only fly to and from Birmingham, Luton and Manchester though....if that helps!

try the airport at Waterford he he......Ryanair fly cheap out of cork too which is close bye and Dublin a little further

aerarran fly into waterford airport, then you have cork airport about an hour and a half away , or dublin 3 hours away

It is mid-way between Dublin and Cork ... you can catch a train from either city to Waterford without too much difficulty ... but you have to get to the downtown first
