So your question is why? I guess most people don't talk about such things, or brag about it, especially girls. Now guys, I think that's a different story. But nevertheless, I doubt if you'll find many people who will admit to masturbation. It's just not considered polite conversation, especially at the dinner table.

well sometimes girls are ashamed to admit it.. i admitted it once to my boyfriend he split up with me and spread it.. i got called names for ages. It's nothing to discuss openly anyway.
