Yes, but from what we have seen nearby in our system so far, I don't think it is anywhere in our area.

After watching the news for the last few days I wonder if there is any intelligent life on this planet.

There are many planets with intelligent life on them but not in this solar system.
There could be life on some of the bodies in the solar system,and it could be complex organisms,we may never know.

I did work for NASA and have looked at many Mars pictures and they have many dry river beds and some giant canyons. They look like they were cut by water . Now if it was warm enough for water to flow what was the temperature here on earth.
