Devide 25/5
= 5
Take away 8 from 11, add to 'a'
= 5a^3
Take away 13 from 18, add to 'b'
= 5a^3b^5

a^11 / a^8 = a^3

b^18/b^13 = b^5

(25 a^11 b^18)/(-5 a^8 b^13) = -25/5 * (a^11/a^8) * (b^18/b^13) = -5 a^3 b^5

Oh, amd because the denominator is -5a^8 b^13 it cannot be zero, i.e. a^8 is not equal to 0 ===> a is not equal to0
b^13 is not equal to 0 ===> b is not equal to 0
