Go see a dermo. There are different skin conditions that result in red skin. I have to be careful with my skin as some foods cause my skin to heat and blush. If you have a problem with salicylites, natural substances found in some foods, you will have a reddened appearance on the skin. Do you find your skin reacts to certain things you eat or the sun? If so you may need to carefully watch what you eat. I cant have pineapple, oranges, toms, alcohol, choc, some nuts and spicy food. It's a pain but my skin looks great if I stay away from them. A dermo will help find out why you have a reddened appearance on the skin. Is it mainly the cheeks? You could also be reacting to substances in products you are using. ie creams makeups etc. It cold even be the foundation you are wearing. You would be surprised at how many people have this condition. If managed properly your skin will look great!Hope I have helped.

I used to have the same problem thru my teen years. Eventually it goes away. Sometimes, I'll just be red for no reason. Other times my allergies act up.

When I shower, I use Aveeno's Ultra Calming Foaming Cleanser on my face and neck. Keeps me looking normal. About a year ago, I used this redness relief product line from Eucerin. That worked for a while, but it started to sting on my face when the weather got warmer.

You might have rosecea, though. The things I mentioned will help it temporariliy, but it's best to consult a dermatologist with this stuff.
