Absolutely, Just find a way of cutting down on high carbs & sugars, Now that doesn't necessarily mean NO carbs & sugars. It just means cut back, Stay clear from all forms of Carbonation and eat more vegetables & salad with your meat as opposed to the regular starchy side dishes. Excercise at least 3 times a week for no less than of 20-30 minutes a day or more if you can handle it and start as soon as possible, you will be down 15 pounds in no time!
God is Good, share your goal with him and pray for strength and perseverance, ask him to lift you up in areas that you are weak and trust me he will!! (Know that you are never alone because the lord is always with you)

Yes! Like someone said above me you would only need to lose 1 pound a week to get to your goal. That should be easy if you just change a thing or two in your daily routine.
For me personally I don't overeat but I don't get a lot of exercise, so if I actually get off my rump and MOVE I lose weight really fast. There are some people who exercise regularly but eat a lot of food so they really only need to cut back on calorie intake.
But please don't ever think of it as a diet or you will almost certainly feel deprived and then crave a dozen cookies and Ben and Jerry's ice cream every night.

Absolutely! Watch what you eat and your portions. And walk a ton! Like with a purpose and with a quick step. Do at least 2 miles a day. I did that and shed about 40 pounds in 3 months. It's totally possible. Just put on the headphones and walk!

Yes, I lost 15 pounds in about 6 or 7 weeks. Just cut your calories, increase your water, and exercise.

Sure, it's very possible. However, it depends on how you want to lose it. A common mistake people make (one I've made before) is that if you lose weight to just lose weight, you're going to gain it back, plus more. One of the reasons I haven't been successful with keeping weight off is I haven't been ready to change my lifestyle in order to keep it off, which is something you'll have to do in order to keep it off. If you try to just cut out carbs, you're just going to lose water weight for the most part, which is very easy to put back on. If you cut down on portions and exercise more, its something you'll have to stick with for a long, long time in order to make it stick.
Basically, I suggested eating less fried foods, eliminate pops/sodas (even diets...too much sodium) and exercising at least an hour a day.

It depends on where you're starting at in terms of poundage. You can definitely do it if you are carrying around extra weight. But if you are healthy, and want to get skinny, then you are going to have a hard time keeping those pounds off if you find a way to lose them.

Of course! I lost 10 pounds in a month. Ask a question under "Diet & Exercise" about how to go about doing it.
