Simple. Because the color of their skin is black. Most of the black people I've come into contact with, get the same "free pass."
I'm sick of the double standard.

well I am black --like many other blacks I do not necessarily agree with all of Sharpton's views; It offends some people that he represents the rest of us but I do not remember his saying anything that is offensive. Can someone quote an example?
PS I keep hearing that blacks have free passes for everything on this site.If so many black people get free rides--why are they penalized like everyone else when they commit a crime?Do they get less time when they commit similiar crimes to whites?When people say "he made me take it" as you say---how many blacks avoid prison that way?Do they get out of tickets by claiming to be black?Do blacks get to avoid interviews because they know higher ups in the company...like some people?If you mean financially--why are so many dirt poor?This free pass that you speak of must be worth something to me.I know--yeah affirmative action--how many blacks get to take advantage of that?because obviously we see thousands of upper management and CEOs who have benfited.Perhaps those working 2 min wage jobs can go home and still get paid for being black.
Man, if I have a free pass with some opportunity--tell me what it is.
Oh I get it! If I am a black person who speaks at all against anything a white person does--- I get to be taken more seriously or get more air time--not really!What an awesome free pass.That would make my life so much easier...right.

They are hypocrite I feel they said one thing at the heat of the moment and doesn' look into the story far ,I am black
