I thought he had a few different ones through the years. I think you are talking about Raquel Welch. I think he also had Betty Grable.

Rita Hayworth is who he had Red smuggle in first. She was the one in the movie, Gilda, they were permitted to watch. Then to keep with the times, and I believe to show how long he had been there, he updated to Raquel Welch. Her in an animal hide from the movie "One Million Years, B.C."

The original Stephen King story was called Rita Hayworth and The Shawshank Redemption...
But i am not sure if they were allowed to use Rita's image in the film...so they replaced it with someone else! I think Rachel Welch is right!

It's Rita Hayworth. In the film, the prisoners watch a movie...."Gilda" starring Rita Hayworth....the "Love Goddess" of the 40's. Morgan Freeman says, "Watch, she's gonna do that thing with her hair!"...and she does......it's one of the most famous movie clips from H'wood's golden era....Rita, as Gilda, doing a semi-strip tease and singing, "Put the Blame of Mame".....It's still Hot, hot, hot......
