Sounds a bit top heavy especially if your just replacing an existing one. Look on the corgi website for a list of engineers in your postcode and have a ring round.

Hope this helps

I would think this is expensive. The shop is obviously making a considerable profit out of this. Look in the Yellow Pages for a Corgi registered gas fitter near to your area and ask how much they would charge.

You could try ringing around a few Corgi-registered gas people in your area and ask them how much they will charge. I have no idea what the going rate is for this but shops normally take the mickey when adding on their installation charge, so it might be worth the cost of a couple of calls.

A Corgi man should charge about £50. All depends on what size cooker is. Mine is a range cooker and needed special pipes.

Get in touch with a corgi fitter that you can find in yellow pages

Ask around. Some certified fitters deal in second hand cookers that are 'as new'. May not be your thing but it would surely cut cost.
