Imus sucked and I didn't care for his humor, but should we have our voice taken away because of pressure or because the market decides we are not worthy of sponsorship.

What's next, you can't use the internet if you have a contrary view.? Shouldn't people just stop listening or stop reading.

Jessie and Sharpton are opportunist who divide more than unite.

And I believe in civil rights for all.

Imus was wrong, but he should not be put off the air. He does lots of things for this country concerning sick children. He has become bigger in his own mind than he really is. As to Sharpton and Jackson they just want an opportunity to air there cause. If Imus was a black man would they be for firring him? I loved the Rutgers Team response, their coach is far more adequate at speaking than the President of the school or the A. D. Team members were more practical than Sharpton and Jackson. The reps for the team were very eloquent

You should have done better and yelled loud enough to defend and protect Don Imus. Goes to show that the blacks have a lot of power and support from the medias or else the medias would be showing the news about the same or worst language hip hoppers use in their genre as Imus did.

WOW! You used to own Don Imus? I'm really impressed! I'm sure he will be back, probably on sat radio. There are no standards there. It won't hurt them with their constituencies 1 little bit.

I have never listen to Imus...or even "talk radio". But to answer your question. The Reverends have been robbing the public with their rhetoric for years.
