I don't really know since my income varies. I suppose 'middle' since I've never brought in more than $70,000 in a year. At the moment, I'm probably making about $42,000. There have been years where I was making $10,000 or less so sometimes I'm 'low class'. I guess...

I was brought up 'middle class' though. My life feels the same no matter how much money I'm making though.

According to the U.S. Census, this is the criteria for economic class:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Social_class#US_models
So that keeps me in between lower and working class.
Even though I said it in the last question, I want to post it again, because I answered last, and I think it's interesting to think about.
Minimum wage in NY is 7.25. If you worked for 40 a week at 7.25, you would make $15,080, just $80 above poverty. : (

i`m in a class all of my own beacause i`m so unique!!! who cares about monetary standards??? i have seen high-class people who act like utter trash, & low-class people who behave like royalty, so why should we judge others because of the money they have or don`t have???
