I have been to quite a few of my buddies houses and their wives didn't clean up the clutter and there were things on the floor and dishes piled up in the sink. I think it is terrible.

They should buy paper plates.

Well if it bothers hubby he should pick the place up. There is only so much time in a day and so much energy left after working the first job. Housework can wait even if we don't like to see the clutter. A mind is a terrible thing to waste on housework. Too bad you don't show up on those days wifey cleans...in any case, you don't have to live there so why judge her. If you are lucky to have a wife that keeps your house spotless, be grateful and show your appreciation. After all the way to a woman's heart is through the door of a fine resturant.

Gee, I work 40 hours a week, commute 15 hours a week (1.5 hours to get there), have to drive 250 miles away to help my mom (I'm an only child so there's no one else to help) 2 weekends out of the month (temporary health-care), go to school, study to keep my grades up, sell Avon for a little extra cash. AND I'm expected to do all the laundry, clean the house, do the dishes. The LEAST he can do to help out is do the dishes and a couple loads of laundry. AND guess who just got picked to get a part time night job once classes were over for the summer. You guessed it! ME! I think its time the HUSBANDS got off their lazy behinds and put some effort into helping out. Wives aren't slaves or roommates with bedroom benefits.

This doesn't sound like a very good question and I think u will get alot of ugly feedback on this, but I am a working mother myself and am the only one to do a billion things in my own home to get things done in an orderly manner. I have bills to pay, clothes to wash, 2 mouths to feed (husband and baby), dishes to wash, clean up after the dog, go to school, study, etc...etc...i hope u get the picture and understand that I shouldn't be alone in this. I do have a husband, but half the time, he is too busy doing other things (playing guitar hero *rolling eyes*) that he does not lend a hand. And u expect me to be SUPERWOMAN??? Let's see u get a woman like that..I will applaud her.

Why is it always up to the woman? Just because the husband goes to work doesn't mean he can't help out. I have a job, and so does my husband. But I'm still the one that does the cleaning, running errands, taking care of our child, do the grocery shopping and cook. All he can say is that he just wants to relax and play on the computer. He has weekends off and I get one day off a week. But still he feels like he should get to relax and not lift a finger. Why can't you guys pull your heads out of your butts and realize that women multi task like crazy and if your not careful we will snap.

P.S.- The whole PMS thing is one big scam so we can be left alone for a week.

Me and my husband have been having this exact same issue right now. I do everything he wants and does as I'm told except for the cleaning and laundry (recent developement not always like this) I know I should do it but I seem to have no motivation recently. My husband told me last night he doesnt know what to do to get through to me that he expect the house cleaned and laundry done.

Well at the defense of those women if some men had better jobs their wife could stay home and clean house all day, but if we work then look at the man of that house too, his arms aren't broke! ♥♥

It is pathetic. A wife's main jobs are to keep the house cleaned, food on the table, and her husband happy.

I'm just kidding. Acutally your buddies should help out assuming that their wives also work. It's not the 1950's anymore. Men are just as accountable as women.

I think you should work on your grammar, other than that you're pretty much an imbecile.
To answer your question, if your buddies ever want to get laid I suggest they start doing as their wives instructed.

After reading some of your other questions I have concluded that your major issue is your wife is the one who really is in charge. You post these idiotic questions as a way to reclaim some of your dwindling manhood. It is OK, we all realize now that you are just a poor whipped boy hiding from his wife.

You can think what you want, because fortunately, your opinion doesn't count. There's more to life than a feather duster. Do your friends know you snoop around their homes, looking for dirt?
