A paralegal. There is a little bit of competition to get into this career but it's not that bad. Most lawyers require you to have a few years of experience though so if you have no office/paralegal experience, you may not be so lucky.

Definitely not sales. Depends on what you got a degree in, but any engineering would be really good, medical field (nurse, doctor, etc.)
