Are there any schools that don't offer this field?

The quality of the literature programs is highly correlated with the quality of the school. The best schools are the best ones for what you want.

Look at the rankings at US News and other similar sites. Princeton Review has a tool where you tell it about your background and your interests and it spits out schools that are good for you.

The best ones are the Ivy League schools, Berkeley, Stanford, Duke -- all the usual suspects.
