If you have caller ID its added in with it free . Call the phone co its something like #97 to active it and #98 to deactive it But call you phone co to be sure .

Either Change your SIM, or dont receive the call from that person,,,,
furthermore,
Also you can Receive the call and dont say anything
But if the Problem is severe then call you company and Report Abuse about the Caller
Most of the Phone Companies Take Good Care of such People

If it's for you home and you have caller ID try dialing
*77 or *87 one of those two and it will block anonymous calls or your your service provider and tell them that you need anonymous call rejection so that way you will see all incoming numbers.

talk to ur provider, you can get call screening so if someone you dont want to call you calls you they get a message saying that you are unavailable
