Yup, I can't sleep otherwise...has anyone invented a cool pillow yet? I keep several pillows on the bed for that reason - so I can switch. Nighty night rabbit.

Yes. I have rolled my pillow over so many times during the night that now it is getting that scrunched up look to it. I think it is time for one of those pillows that stay cool all the time.

I have a pillow that one side stays cool and the other side is warm-ish. so in answer to your question, i don't have to.
kinda like the old mcdonalds commercial, the hot stays hot and the cool stays cool.

I cannot even use a pillow, at least under my head. I do like several piled around my head, though.
