In the beginning you could say-- "In my presentation i'm going to talk about(subject)."
In the end you can review what you talked about and ask if there's any questions.

You can start with the customary good morning or evening. If you are the first speaker, then you can welcome all people present. You can give an idea in one sentence of what the presentation is about.
At the end, you can invite the audience to ask questions on the topic you have presented, which you need to answer. After this, you should thank the sponsors of the function, if any, for giving you a chance to submit your presentation. Also, it would be polite to thank the audience for their presence and response to the presentation, and wish them a good day/night as applicable.

Start with a smile, and say hello. I'm so and so and I'm going tg talk about .... My subject is divided into three parts; and say briefly what they are before talking about each in turn. You end up by a few short sentences summarizing what you have been talking about. And that's it.
