See, now theres a bunch of things wrong with ur question cuz #1 you're asking how can you help her but then you proceed to call her a b*tch and say that u won't even cuddle w/ her cuz her period's "gross". Like many others said, you need 2 grow up and get a grip.
But for all those other bfs who are so clueless and complain about their girl when she's on her period (LIKE MY OWN) - what u need 2 do is be sympathetic, affectionate, understanding and sensitive to RATHER THAN avoid her, complain, not taking her seriously, blaming everything on her PMS when there may be other causes in addition to the PMS.
She may be a B*tch on her period, but you are an A*ss for being an insensitive unsupportive immature boyfriend! Put yourself in her shoes, stop being so self-absorbed, and f*cking be there for her! She needs you above all people to help her get through this. Jesus, it's not f*cking easy being a woman! Try appreciating her rather than making her feel even worse on top of everything.
P.s. humans would be extinct and no men would become fathers if it weren't for women having periods and dealing with their boyfriends' b*llshit.

First, you need to grow up a bit. Your attitude towards menstruation reeks, and menstruation is a simple fact of life.
I'd like you to think about this description, and apply it to yourself.
You've probably had diarrhoea so bad that you've had abdominal cramps with it. Let's start with that, but those cramps can start a few days before a woman's period and can continue through the whole of her period. Add to that feeling bloated for that same length of time. Think about having eaten too big a meal, and then extend that feeling to the whole of your body. Add headaches because of that bloating, and add breast pain and sensitivity because of that bloating. Now add people not wanting to understand any of this. Do this for 7 or so consecutive days, approx every 4 weeks, for 40 or so years.
Now that you've begun to understand what it can feel like to have a period, are you a bit more compassionate? Because that alone will help.
Also, suggest (when she's not menstruating) that she have a complete physical and discuss her level of PMS with her doctor. There may or may not be some help available medically. But again, you are the best person to help her, so long as your attitude changes.

Go get a boyfriend. This is the only solution to ALL of your problems.
You obviously have absolutely NO sensitivity, compassion, empathy, or sympathy, and clearly NO understanding of the human reproductive cycle.
Without your girlfriend or ANY woman "bleeding" (which she isn't actually, but you're obviously too stupid and self-absorbed to learn the difference), neither YOU nor anyone else would be on this planet.
Stop being so immature. Get a girlfriend when you're ready for real life.

How can you not cuddle with her? Do she not wear any pads or tampons? It cannot get all over the place. If you really think that's gross, you would probably need to grow up first before you start dating again, unless you want to start dating guys. It's your choice! =)

You'd be a b*tch too if you bled for 7 days! And you obviosuly don't care about her or you arent mature enough to understand this happenes to everyone and that b/c she has her period doesnt make her have cooties or anything!

Yeah, it's pretty gross. I mean, it just keeps coming out. It doesn't stop. I bet a lot of people said you're a jerk or something for feeling like this. But I understand (I'm a girl BTW). It is kinda pathetic that all she wants to do is cuddle. I try and get my body back for doing this to me by putting myself through pain. But enough about me. About your girlfriend, I guess you should just try being nice to her and kinda avoiding her, but in a not obvious way.

Because you are an A**.
You should love her no matter what. Grow up.
It's not always about you. You need to get over this, this is a normal part of a womans life, if you want a future with her or any woman, get used to it.

Being on your period is not an excuse for being a b*tch. But you seriously need to get over being disgusted by it if you ever hope to keep a girlfriend. Live with it.

Grow up. if you cant handle just her period, then how you gonna handle kids. Its calling PMS. many girls get it and it can be bad or not so bad. shes feeling most sensitive and needs her bf to just show her love, but understand how she is feeling. if your not mature enough to understand that, then you arent ready for a relationship.
