A male singer/country about twenty to twenty five years ago?

the words. 1st. verse... . ....It's that time of the morning when the sun starts coming up. I'm standing on the corner with my gutiar and my cup, i'm waiting for some people to come buy and fill it up, but my sun hasn't come up yet this morning.
2nd verse... Theres that man with spit shine on his shoes I know him well he'll toss me half a dollar walk on by me turn and yell that money is not for whiskey, well he can go to hell, he made my sun come up this morning
This is what I remember about this song. Any one that can tell me who this artist is would be greatly appreciated

It's a song called Sun Coming Up by Gaylon Shull.

Man I have searched and searched every where I can think of and cant find anything, not even the name Gaylon Shull. Sorry.
