I want my games to run smoother. Should I plug both cards in or keep just the one I got.

In most cases, adding a second video card doesn't help. Now if you have a newer system capable of SLI support, you could enhance game performance. If you check the "Caveats" section of the Wiki entry you'll see that in some cases, performance could decrease. I don't have a motherboard capable of that (yet) to verify though.

your video card is just for images - if your trying to make it play faster you need to have a really good processer 1 gig or better
