How can I delete/Genuine Microsoft Software?

Are you referring to the Windows Genuine Advantage download that checks for pirated copies of MS Windows products? According to Microsoft, it can't be uninstalled so you may find that reinstalling your OS would resolve the problem. Of course you would leave a system without the latest patches and then you would leave your system open to exploits.
