captain needs aggresion, as the previous guy said. Dravid is not aggressive enough therefore he shouldnt stay as the captain. it leaves us with Ganguly or someone new, who we know can be agressive. Yuvraj would be a good fit, also we can get Dinesh kartik training, so he'd be a good fit for vice-capt

I think we need an aggressive Captain with leadership quality.Rahul Dravid , a very good batsman but does not have leadership quality.Sachin.. I think.. he can not live with pressure.. So for 1-2 years Ganguli as Captain and Dinesh Kartik as Vice Captain., Kartik would be ready to lead the team after having 1 -2 years experiences. He looks better than Yuraj or Kaif. So by the next WC.. We will have a matured Captain.

While I consider Dravid as a good captain, since BCCI have decided to appoint Bowling Coach, Fiuelding Coach and Manager *** coach for Bangladesh Tour, it is not certain at this point of time whether they will persist with the same practice for future tours as well and desist from appointing a cull time coach for the time being.

Captain should be Irfan Pathan (Bowlers are much better captains then other players). Sachin as a Coach after retirement.

You won't get a good coach because they get treated like crap and aren't allowed to make the changes they want.
