How big of a bridge? Does a 20 foot span over a creek count?
The revised Galveston Causeway bridges (one of them, anyway) are under construction until 2008.
The bridge over Stewart Creek on I-45 (in between the Woodlands and Conroe) has been under construction since the early 1990s and is not done yet.
Why do you ask? You some kind of terrorist?

There is only one major bridge in Houston and it is all built.They are working on a lot of freeway overpasses and always are.
