Start by have the vehicles computers scanned for any (DTC) and have the electrical system completely checked out.

I would then consider the following as potential problems.

Poor mating of connector halves.

Improperly formed or damaged terminals.

Wire chafing.

Poor wire to terminal connections.

Dirty or corroded terminals.

Connector body damage.

You may have to have it towed to a Chevy dealer and checked out. Are there any error codes or do you know?

Good luck
