UCLA is prettier. Berkeley is pretty too, but not quite. Also, the environment makes the campus look worse than it actually is.

Berkeley has a beautiful campus. I here that UCLA is nice, too.
But you are asking the wrong question. If you want to know which school is better -- the answer is Berkeley.
