I definitely think they are the favorite to win the East. They are 3-1 against Miami, 3-1 against Detroit. Though they had a pretty mediocre start to the season, they have been playing great ever since. The one time that Detroit beat them, it was only by two points. Defensively they play hard on almost every possession. Offensively they have great shooters, but just missing a low post scorer. The difference lately has been Tyrus Thomas whose been getting easy dunks and put backs for them, giving the Bulls a great boost. But i do not think they will win the Championship. The west is too Dominant, and i think my pick, the Suns, will be too much offensively for them to handle in a seven game series.

its tyrUs thomas. and sorry i dont think the bulls make it to the nba finals. maybe the eastern finals though. one thing chicago really lacks is a low post presence, a pau gasol type guy. chicago is primarily a jump shooting team with hinrich, gordon, deng, nocioni, duhon, etc... they can drive and slash but they will easily settle for jumpers and as the old saying goes: live by the jumpshot, die by the jumpshot. if the bulls have an off shooting night then theyre toast.

not me, they don't have a low post player. In order to score they have to shoot to many jumpshots.
