Well, I first moved out on my own when I was 16, and picked things up along the way... here are things I got, and wished I had gotten right away!

--pack of swiffer dusters to keep only in the living room... makes it easier to do a cuick clean up
--KITCHEN STUFF- super important!!
dishes, utensils, cups, mugs, pots & pans- dont forget to get a strainer or collander!!
dish sponge, dishsoap, drying towel, dishrack
a bulk pack of paper towels
BLEACH- this is the best cleaning tool- mix with 1.3 bleach to 2/3 hot water in a spray bottle, spray on bleach safe surface and wipe down.. cleans, disinfects... sooo handy! You can also use it for mopping your floors, cleaning bathrooms, kitchens, etc. Dont use it on wood furniture tho!
a clock. I forgot to get one and for weeks had to check the tv for the time...
dont bother with a broom- get a small vaccum... like a stick vaccum. they pick up everything and dont just spread dust around. And they are only about $25 and last for quite a while.
A mop. DONT use a swiffer wetjet, especially if you have pets-- the solution can be toxic. When you get a mop, get one with a replaceable sponge and replace the sponge after every 10-12 moppings.
Mop bucket.
A flashlight. Who knows when the power will go off on you, so they're super handy to have! also some candles and matches put in a special place in case of emergency.
Get a small tool kit. Basic, with some screwdrivers, maybe a universal screwdriver with some bits, in case small things need to be fixed, or put together. Also get a hammer. IF you will be hanging pictures, you can picture hanging kits at the dollar store.
A first aid kit. I can't tell you how many times I cut myself unpacking boxes or moving stuff around...
Shower curtain- I forgot one of these and had to bath only for a few days... pain in the butt!
Toilet paper.
Those toilet cleaning pads on a stick are awesome, too, but the price can add up over time... I just use some bleach soaked paper towel on the stick part and then flush it... works wonders!

Towels, bedding, all that normal stuff you use everyday and I am sure you have thought of.
Despite how well you think you have everything taken care of, I guarantee you will be making tons of trips to a dollar store in the weeks after your move... the little things nobody thinks about... like a bathtub plug!! ;D
Check out the link I have put here for more... good luck and congrats!

You've got a good start! Mop, bucket, broom and dustpan, vacuum if carpeting and maybe some spray on carpet cleaner for spots. Window cleaner and rags. Bathroom cleaner and toilet brush. Sponge mop might be helpful if you need to wash a wall quickly, sure easier than a sponge.

Toilet paper is a good thought, trash bags, tissues, personal needs soap/shampoo/towels/washcloths (don't forget pain reliever for sore backs)

A notebook and pencil for making notes for everying else you'll want to rush out for.

A small tool box for quick fixes. Extra lightbulbs, flashlight for dark night patrols when you can't find the light switch!

Quick access to some cooking items for coffee/tea/soup.

And a phone for pizza delivery!

stuff for the kitchen, like dishes and silverware and pots and stuff for the bathroom, like washcloths and towels and toilet paper. just think about your day and what you use. write down the things you can't live without for a few days.
