start out at a relatively short amount of time, say around 5 min, so u don`t burn...if all goes well, then u can gradually increase your sessions by a min or 2 until u reach the max time limit...there are so many lotions: accelerators, intensifiers, bronzers, tingle & combinations of the aforementioned...the salon staff will be able to explain the products they carry & the benefits for each one...the latest swedish beauty lotion, called "crystal" is fantastic, but a bit pricey (around $100 depending on how much the salon marks it up to make their profit, or u can order it online & it`s cheaper)... after u get your base tan, u might want to try a tingle lotion, they are specially formulated to increase your blood flow so that u tan darker & they are super powerful so u get very dark...but only go with one of these AFTER u get a good base, otherwise u will burn, they are not for newbies without a bit of color!!! be sure to always exfoliate & moisturize, to keep your color looking nice & your skin hydrated...moisturized skin lessens the appearance of wrinkles & tans easier as well... happy tanning!!!

obviously if this is your very first time some people perfer wearing a swimsuit(some people dont), lotion isnt my expertise but personally i just asked my friends what they used/tried, i tried about lotions over the course of two months to find one i liked, to start dont go everyday, my advice would be go every other day first maybe 3 days a week, the 4 days, the with the last 2/3 weeks u could go like 3/4 days in a row, the time it takes depends on the strength of the bed, ur skin type, color, and texture

My favorite indoor tanning lotions contain hemp or cocoa. For someone with a medium skin tone start off about 3 times the first week. Then you can go every other day until you reach the darkness you want. Once you get there you can tan about twice a week to keep it.

Depending on your skin tone, tanning 3 times a week should have you a nice tan in a month. I have very fair skin and usually around this time I get a month package and am very pleased with the end results! Good luck!

You can go every other day. For the first week Id maybe go two or three times for 10 minutes to build a base. Then after that you can up your minutes gradually. I use australian gold bronzer and then use a bronzer bed. After about 3 times, there will be a noticeable difference.

if your skin is light, like your avitar looks, you should start with twice a week and no more than 5 min at a time. I have very light skin also and when i went tanning i started with 5 min and still got burned.

Have any of you people ever heard of skin cancer? Especially from artificial light. Geesh, be happy with the color you are or go outside for a walk and get some REAL sun! It looks better and is better for you.
