Probably up to 165 or 170 but no more or you would be considered over weight it depends on bone structure mostly Just be happy and healthy Whatever you feel comfortable with Its your body listen to it

Don't worry about weight!!! Just look at your body... if there is something you don't like....try to work on that. Weight is just a number and so is clothing size.....work what you got. Just stay healthy and confident and you will always be beautiful!!
