They didnt "lose" anything except their honesty.
They selectively lost it.

Why am I not a bit surprised at this news? Yes, maybe they should lose both Bush and Cheney. Talk about incompetence and corruption. Here is just another example of many from this Administration. Another nail is hammered into the Republican coffin for 2008.

I don't recall any objections from the left when the Clintons failed to produce subpoenaed documents. Why is that? Your sudden concern over failure to produce documents strikes me as more partisan than not.
And the loss was because some WH aides were using RNC e-mail accounts to discuss the change of US Atty's. And the RNC e-mail regularly deleted e-mail at the time.
Again, more fake outrage from the Democrats. The act is getting tiresome. All this "outrage" over nothing - they're trying to manufacture a scandal, all these Democrat Senators who saw nothing wrong with a Democrat President lying under oath in a court of law.

"Lost" emails? Don't they have to be intentionally deleted? Hmmm, makes ya wonder.
Your question about the incompetency in this administration is great. You know that if the dems claimed the same thing, we'd never hear the end of it.

Bush can't even be trusted to eat a pretzel by himself.
BUT, it wasn't incompetence that caused them to "lose" those e-mails. Their incompetence is in their lame excuse.
If these criminals had just one ounce of competence, there would be no e-mails or any trace of their criminal activity. They would have assessed the Federal Judges at the very beginning of Bush's first term and fired the ones they thought would actually do their job rather than Bush's bidding .
The criminals who are in jail are the dumb ones that got caught. And BushCo is about as dumb as they come.

This is getting as bad as Nixon. These e-mails are not protected by exceutive privilage so they had better lose them or they are in big trouble. Like the 18 minutes missing on Nixon's tapes, this could be the smoking gun.
