The average time of ovulation is the fourteenth day of an average length (twenty-eight day) menstrual cycle. It is normal for the day of ovulation to vary from the average, with ovulation anywhere between the tenth and nineteenth day being common.
Cycle length alone is not a reliable indicator of the day of ovulation. While in general an earlier ovulation will result in a shorter menstrual cycle, and vice versa, the luteal (post-ovulatory) phase of the menstrual cycle may vary by up to a week between women.
You can purchase at home ovulation kits to test around the time that you should be ovulating to get a more accurate idea.
If your periods are regular it will be easier for you to track. If they are not I suggest keeping daily notes on a calender to see if there are any patterns to your cycles. Obviously you will not have symptoms everyday but you can jot down notes on the days you have cramps, ovary pains, headaches, bloating and breast tenderness or any other symptoms you may get normally. Good Luck!!!

"Technically" it is not purported to, however recall that sperm can reside within the proper(IE a girl's vagina) environment for up to 5 days, and many females file getting pregnant during menstruation.... Additionally, recall that the egg being launched and then achieving the fallopian tube(the place it's fertilized) takes time, as does the journeying of fertilized egg to the implantation website online(which is when it's is considered a being pregnant). There are usually not really "nontoxic" instances in a lady's cycle, unless that lady has a 100% regular cycle, monitored by means of every day mucus and body temp. Tests.

14 days before you expect your next period to start
35 day cycle you would ovulate on day 21 of your cycle
23 day cycle you would ovulate on day 9
28 day cycle you would ovulate on day 14
It is recommended that you have sex every other day starting a few days before you expect to ovulate. You want a good balance of healthy sperm and sex everyday will make the sperm donation a litlte more sparce.
good luck. I also recommend getting an ovualation test kit from walmart or other drug store which will tell you exactly when you are ovulating and have good instructions on how to time it right.

Unless your cycles are the exact same length every single month, math isn't going to give you the best answer. Start paying attention to cervical fluid - it will go from basically nothing right after your period to very heavy when you are ovulating. Fertile cervical fluid is described as similar in appearance and consistency to eggwhites, and is "stretchy" compared with nonfertile fluid. You can also monitor your fertility by checking your basal temperature in the morning, first thing, before you get out of bed. Your temperature will spike following ovulation (this only tells you *after* you've ovulated though, so to try to become pregnant, the best thing you can look at is cervical fluid).

"Technically" this is not meant to, yet bear in mind that sperm can stay in the the terrific option(IE a woman's vagina) environment for as much as 5 days, and multiple women human beings report getting pregnant throughout the time of menstruation.... additionally, bear in mind that the egg being released and then accomplishing the fallopian tube(the place it rather is fertilized) takes time, as does the traveling of fertilized egg to the implantation website(that's while it rather is is seen a being pregnant). There at the instant are not probable "risk-free" cases in a woman's cycle, except that woman has a one hundred% usual cycle, monitored by ability of on a regular basis mucus and physique temp. tests.

Start having sex 10-18 days after the first day of your period. It would be even better if you have sex every other day, that would ensure pregnancy.
