I take it your a male....well ya could wear a bra....but I guess ya wouldn't like that either. How about wearing a sleeveless undershirt. otherwise..if your washing your work shirt yourself, try a laundry detergent that is for sensitive skin, followed by a like wise fabric softer. If the shirt is sent to the dry cleaner, find one that will work with you and let you bring your own detergent,etc. Also,ask them to go light on the starch.
as for your body use Johnson's baby powder w/cornstarch.

No because I only wear finely worn cotton shirts I've bought in thrift shops. They are easy on the nips.

even the pants do it!! i put vaseline to help until i wash themwith lots of softner.that an be some painful crap....
