Every appliance that you buy states on it how many watts it uses.
Hair dryer 300w heater 1000w kettle 1000w etc. These are guide values.
Remember do not plug in more than the value of your machine. Most machines you will find are in the region of 750w. This size machine can be purchased for £60 - 100. 6 - 8 hour running for about £6. If you use gas lighting you can get some heat from these as well.
Email me for more info if you would like to.

Some run 6 to 8 hours on a single tank of gas. Maybe more, depending on load.

As for the size, that will depend on the load you are pulling. You have to look at the total of watts of energy that you will be using and give yourself a little extra factor for safety. Also the larger generators will have larger tanks and will run longer on a tank. Good luck

You will have to findout the amount of amps each unit uses. Add that all together. You will then need a generator that will produce that amount, plus some more. They all run 6-8 hours. Check with each individual manufacturer for run times.

Though a generator would do it, why not get a 2-way plug and extension lead and run from the neighbouring site? with financial compensation if services are not "compris".
