In march i didn't have one at all so i took a pregnancy test and it was positive. I told the nurse I missed 2 periods and she booked my 12 week apt in May. Should i have told her i only missed one since i did go for a day?

that day could have been implantation bleeding so you should be fine

When you go in for your appointment in May tell the nurse or doctor about your one day bleeding in February; they will probably ask you when your last normal period was. And when you have an ultrasound done they doctor can tell you when you are due within a week and it's much more precise:) Good Luck!

Sounds like it was possible that you had implantation bleeding or were already pregnant in Feb.

You might want to call and see if you can come in sooner. Is this your first pregnancy? If so, just make sure you're taking prenatal vitamins! You can call them and ask for a prescription over the phone. Good luck!

Sounds like you may be further along than you think. When you go in for your appointment your doctor will check the size of your uterous and will be able to tell you if you are correct or further along. I had one day of bleeding in Feb. too, found out it was implantation and now I'm expecting a baby in early Oct.
Congratulations and good luck.

No you were correct to say two missed periods, but let them know when you go in for your 12 weeks that you had a little bleeding that was abnormal. I went through the same thing.

Don't worry they will figure out how far along you are when you go in for your first docs apt. Lots of people don't know how long they have been pregnant for because of those strange periods (which may not have been a period.) CONGRATS!

Yes because that period was unregular but it is important to tell your doc everything
