I like iPox personally. It's not in-your-face but it is nice looking. It's called iPox cuz it's based off of what the screens on iPod look like

click at top of page on Tools then add ons, then themes tab, then in the bottom right corner click get more themes.. or you could always google it . Some themes are not compatible with the new firefox 2 so you might want to look at the updated ones first. Click on a theme you'd like to check out and it will tell you above download button what version that theme will work with.
