I just wanted to add to what everyone else said, enjoy your babies. They are precious gifts. If you have any concerns in the next few months, you can have them evaluated by a developmental therapist. There is a free program under the IDEA act that gives develomental therapy (AKA: Early intervention) to babies. This is what I do for a living. It is basically a play therapy. We work with babies that are newborn to age 3. If you notice signs of delay, the earlier you get intervention the better. It's not saying anything is wrong with your children, it just gives you help to get them on target. email me if you have any questions. Currently, I have 2 sets of twins on my case load and all four children are different in what they can and can't do. Good luck and have fun with those sweet babies.

Most preemies will catch up by the time they are 2 years old. Some sooner, some a little later depending on how early they were. I think that 4 weeks early is pretty good for twins. They are only 1 month "behind" so really no one besides you will probably even notice. But they may do some things like holding up their heads or crawling a few weeks later.

you frequently ovulate 2 weeks before your era so it really is in basic terms about no longer possible to get an excellent being pregnant try at that factor, you would were an afternoon or 2 pregnant and the egg does no longer have implanted yet. The hormones for being pregnant do not start up until eventually implantation. My guess is that you've been pregnant around the time of your april 4th era and that wasn't a era in any respect. i ought to call the well-being practitioner for an appointment. let them understand you aren't from now on positive precisely how a strategies alongside you're and they ought to do an ultrasound to date the being pregnant. If I had to guess you acquire pregnant after your Feb. twenty third era and are a lot added alongside than you imagine, 8-10 weeks.

My Dr told me when my children were born that their physical age is different then their developmental age. Meaning, they are only 2 weeks old developmental. Don't worry about a thing! Every child develops at different rates. but just know your children are actually 4 weeks younger than others the same age. After the toddler years, they will be the same as the other children thier age. Nothing to worry about! Mine are 6 and perfectly healthy boys! Just enjoy every milestone as they come. BTW, Congratulations!! :)

Hard to say, every child is different. My cousins baby was born premature and she is 9 months and just started crawling, my daughter was crawling at 6 months. Its hard to say but who cares, every child is different, babies born at normal term are faster at some things and slower at others. Just enjoy babies, and don't fret over the small stuff.

the best advice you've received is don't worry about it. my daughter was born at 36 weeks and other than weight and height she was never "behind" so like you've read just enjoy your two miracles. Only worry if they seemed to have developmental problems which you won't know for maybe years to come. all children develop differently.

The number that most people use is 2 years but it varies from child to child. Don't worry about it, just enjoy your babies!!

I think they give them up to age 2. But I think by age 1 to 1 1/2 they should be caught up. Don't worry about it, Enjoy each stage!! :)

Maybe never, my twin brothers are 47 years old, and they haven't caught up yet. One is a macho hunter killer type, the other is a gay nurse.
