If your President and his Administration would be fired on taking up to much time on TV telling lies. If George Bush wouldn't lie so much and hide so much then Senator Leahy wouldn't have to take up so much time. far as firing hm no one has that authority unless he is like Foley prying on children or committing a bad act then you can't fire him anymore than can George Bush can be impeached on all his lies and bad acts unless the people would get with their Senators and talk some sense into them to send Bush on his way.

The democrats are making an issue of this to garner public support for the inconsistencies and indiscretions committed by the White House. Its gives them more political clout in future elections and current senate activities. And he was assigned to this committee. After the 2008 elections, we could be looking at prosecution of GWB instead of only being impeached. They'll have had enough time to gather their evidence and structure their case.
