How can I unblock a website that won't let me use proxy?

Where is it being blocked at? If it is blocked as a result of software that you administer (like Norton for example) simply go into the configuration and unblock the site. You could also have it blocked through your browser settings so if you have administrative rights, go ahead and change the configuration to allow the site. If you are doing this at work or school and their proxy blocks access, then abide by the rules of the proxy and save accessing that site for a time when you are on your own equipment/network. If you believe the site is blocked by a proxy incorrectly, contact the proxy administrator for resolution.
