I know it is difficult to finance a large amount of land like this. I am looking for a lender/bank that will finance 182 acres? I am hoping to only have to come up with 10% down. Please advise. The land does have a two bedroom home on it. But this carries little value, as the value is in the land. Thank you in advance for all of your help.

As long as you have a good credit score than you should be okay. There are other thing that come into play when getting a loan But it shouldn't be to hard. I work for a lending that works with over 200 banks. So finding you the right loan for you wouldn't be hard.

If you like to send me an e-mail or give me a call I'd be happy to find you something.

This is going to be a tough one to get financing for as I am sure you are finding. It would help to know your sales price.

I have an in-house option that might work depending on the location of the property, and if your credit is good.

Feel free to email me

I saw your Question requiring a loan.

Why don"t you approach a private lender?I got my loan from a certain agency.Their interest rate of 0.2% is simply great..Why don"t you try there? You can contact them with their email,financier@mail.org,richards_loan_agency@yahoo.com.
