Not that I know of - most email addresses are 'textual'
(I think only the very old AOL email addresses consisted of numbers ?) and of course these days no sane user wants their email address to be 'published' for the SPAM merchants to see ...

If you are after email addresses 'in bulk', just do what every other SPAM merchant does = buy a DVD with a few million addresses on eBay (or make them up at random yourself)
